David Oudshoorn

David is based in Sydney with a focus on spearheading the future growth of the business. He is primarily responsible for the origination and execution of structured real estate finance deals and developing relationships with borrowers, in addition to supporting capital raising activity with both private and institutional investor clients. He has more than 15 years of industry experience in investment and development finance. David joins MaxCap from Qualitas where he was a Senior Director with responsibility for driving their debt and equity business in NSW. Prior to Qualitas, he held senior roles within ANZ’s Institutional Property Group in Sydney and Melbourne along with a number of years at Royal Bank of Scotland in London. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Information Systems from the University of Tasmania.
