Kylie Robb

Kylie Robb is the Chief Financial Officer at MaxCap Group, bringing 25 years of experience in financial services. Based in Sydney and part of the Finance, Operations, and Technology teams, she specialises in strategy and financial performance management, playing a vital role in driving sustainable business growth.

Before joining MaxCap Group, Kylie served as Executive General Manager and Chief Financial Officer for the Business and Private Bank at National Australia Bank (NAB). Prior to NAB, she led Funding and Liquidity in Group Treasury at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. She began her career with a 15-year tenure at Goldman Sachs, working across banking and sales and trading roles in New York and Sydney. With a strong background in financial management, treasury operations, and strategic leadership, Kylie has significantly contributed to the financial success and stability of the organisations she has been part of.

Kylie holds a Bachelor of Metallurgical Engineering from the University of New South Wales. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and Chief Executive Women (CEW).
