The Queensbridge Building by Time & Place and Hickory Group
MaxCap is a long-term joint venture capital partner of local developers Time & Place and Hickory Group. As partners, we continue to redefine quality and with our latest creation, The Queensbridge Building. The $430m precinct comprises 367 residential apartments and a 180 key hotel across a 64-level tower. This unique project will redefine the Melbourne skyline and offer uninterrupted views across Port Phillip Bay and over the Yarra towards the CBD.
Designed by Elenberg Fraser, Flack Studio and built by Hickory, The Queensbridge Building celebrates the uniqueness of Queensbridge and nods to the postcode’s maritime era. This manifests through the façade which employs materials like steel, solid stone, and bronze whilst delivering a highly sustainable product.
