Emily Angove

Emily Angove is Head of Communications at MaxCap Group, bringing over 10 years’ experience in corporate communications – predominantly within financial services across Australia and EMEA. Based in Melbourne and part of the Capital team, she specialises in strategic communications and reputation management, managing the business’ press office, communications strategy and corporate positioning.

Before joining MaxCap Group, Emily held senior corporate affairs roles at AustralianSuper, Macquarie Asset Management, UBS Investment Bank and Hostplus. Over this period, she has supported these businesses through major organisational change, inorganic and organic growth, high-profile transactions and issues, including the Royal Commission into the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industry. Emily’s early career spanned corporate communications roles across Australia’s manufacturing, agriculture and consumer goods sectors.

Emily has a Bachelor of Arts (Public Relations) from Deakin University.
