The development has an end value of >$45m and is located in Surfers Paradise, approximately 5.9km south-east of the Southport CBD and approximately 25km north-west of the Gold Coast International Airport.

MaxCap has provided a first mortgage construction facility to Golden Age Development Group for their latest project "130 Little Collins Street" in Melbourne, VIC. The Project is an A-Grade office building comprising 28-level commercial strata-office development, 49 office suites, 3 retail units, 26 car parks and associated amenity and services. The development has an end value of >$190m and is located in Melbourne, Victoria.
Shenton Quarter, Perth
Iris Residential and Alceon Group
MaxCap provided a First Mortgage Construction Facility for a mixed-use infill development known as “Shenton Quarter”, located within the affluent western suburbs of Perth, Western Australia. The Project is a 9-storey mixed use development, comprising a five-storey podium and two blocks of four-storey towers. This includes 157 residential apartments over each of the 9-storeys and 15 ground floor retail tenancies including integrated Coles supermarket. The development has an end value of $135m and is located within the established residential suburb of Shenton Park, approximately 5km west of the Perth CBD.
Recent equity projects
MaxCap and Joint Venture partner Central Element are developing a 17-storey residential building in Chatswood, NSW. It will comprise 56 residential apartments and 1,090s sqm of retail commercial space. The development is located within the Chatswood CBD and is approximately 400m from the Chatswood transport interchange.

MaxCap have partnered with Honeycombes Property Group on Ferny Grove Central. The project is to be built on land directly adjoining the rail and bus interchange at Ferny Grove Station. It will include the Ferny Grove Central shopping precinct of over 12,000sqm NLA, 82 residential apartments known as ‘The Fernery’ – and a multi deck commuter car park with more than 450 additional car bays providing much-improved amenity for the local community.
