Sydney’s Best Address: Land Facility for new Golden Age Project

MaxCap’s longstanding client Golden Age Development Group together with joint venture partner Hannas Group, a leading Sydney based engineering firm, have acquired a 2,110sqm site on Harrington Street, Sydney NSW 2000 for $50 million. Currently comprising a six-level office building, the property is situated in The Rocks precinct of the Sydney CBD area, a stone’s throw from the harbour.

MaxCap worked with Golden Age for an optimal funding solution for the land acquisition.
