Michele Yeo

Michele is responsible for the advisory function in respect of the legal, structuring and execution of MaxCap’s debt investments. Prior to joining MaxCap, Michele has had significant experience as a lawyer both in private practice and in-house. She specialises in property finance, structured finance and capital markets.  Michele has worked in multiple jurisdictions (including at a “Magic Circle” law firm and an investment bank in London for over 12 years) and holds a Bachelor of Laws and Commerce from the University of Melbourne.
