Jin Hwang is Director - Investment at MaxCap Group, bringing over 15 years of experience in corporate and institutional property finance and commercial real estate. Based in Melbourne and part of the Investment team, he specialises in deal origination, deal execution and people management, and plays a vital role in sourcing new opportunities, structuring transactions, and leading high-performing teams.

Before joining MaxCap Group, Jin worked at NAB’s Corporate Property division, where he gained deep expertise in commercial real estate finance and transaction structuring.

Jin holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne.
