Ged Nolan is Head of Credit at MaxCap, bringing over 25 years of experience across property finance, investment management, and valuation. Based in Melbourne and leading the Credit Risk team nationally and specialises in credit risk assessment, property risk management, investment oversight and risk governance.
Before joining MaxCap, Ged held senior roles across property finance origination and relationship management, including institutional lending in London and business banking in Melbourne. He has also worked extensively in international asset valuation and cross-border lease valuation consultancy. With a strong background in property finance, investment management credit risk, and valuation, he brings deep technical and market expertise to complex real estate credit decisions.
Ged Nolan holds an MBA in Banking from the University of London, a Postgraduate qualification in Property Investment from the University of Reading, and a Degree in Property Valuation and Estate Development from the University of Leeds. He is a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
