MAXCAP INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT ANNOUNCES CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER APPOINTMENT.

MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA, Nov 2, -MaxCap Group announced Mark Heaven has been named Chief Operating Officer (COO). As COO Heaven will have responsibility for the Group’s corporate and investment operating platform, corporate governance and the corporate financial management function. He will report directly to Managing Director, Wayne Lasky.

Heaven, 48, is a 25-year industry veteran with extensive industry experience in the financial services and funds management industries in Australia and the UK, including 6 years at KPMG. Over the last 19 years he has held executive roles working in retail and wholesale funds management businesses including Aviva, Colonial, MM&E Capital, Perennial Investment Partners and EMR Capital.

With this appointment Heaven will join the company’s executive management team, complementing the collective expertise of existing personnel.
