The MaxCap Group of Companies continues to attract a diverse range of premier development projects and investment opportunities across the nation. Most recently, MaxCap was engaged by H.Troon Pty Ltd – a 143 year old privately run construction company, to arrange both the 1st and 2nd mortgage finance totalling circa $30M for a large format retail development in Melbourne’s beachside suburb of Mentone. Project completion is expected in the 2nd Quarter of 2015.

Moving across the Nullarbor, MaxCap has also been mandated to arrange a first mortgage facility totalling $26m against a fully let commercial office building in the inner city Perth suburb of Burswood. The proposed facility will incorporate refinancing of the current financing in place with more attractive pricing and tenor.

Further north in Sydney’s iconic Bondi Junction, MaxCap is managing the second mortgage finance for AUD$13.75m that will be settled in January ’15 and is now fully subscribed.
