Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate to join our newly established Client Services team in our Head Office in Melbourne. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual eager to make a meaningful impact in shaping a best-in-class Client Services department.
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional first point client service to inbound investor enquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Produce and distribute accurate and timely fund performance updates and individual asset reports.
- Complete analysis of client services data and present insights to inform business development activity.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to effectively gather and synthesise information related to project or portfolio status, risk exposures, and relevant investment data.
Selection Criteria
About You:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a client services role within finance, asset management, transaction management or commercial real estate.
- Commitment to high standards of client service with a balanced focus on the commercial priorities
- The ability to convey information effectively and professionally in written and verbal form.
- Experience developing and reviewing professional reports and presentations.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in relevant software platforms and systems, including CRM and data management tools.
- Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with a variety of people.
- Degree in Finance, Commerce or Business or related discipline.
