Business Analyst

We are actively looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our Project Management Office. In this role, you will report directly to the Project Manager and will be instrumental in delivering comprehensive business solutions that closely align with our strategic objectives and growth targets.

• Analyse business requirements, processes and workflows to offer strategic insights aimed at optimising efficiency.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and user manuals.
• Manage and resolve issues, ensuring that all risk and controls are identified and documented.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to design and configure system solutions that meet business needs while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and coordinate user training sessions to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, addressing issues and implementing enhancements as needed.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a business analyst in investment management or a relatable industry (consulting experience is acceptable).
• Strong Finance and Investment Management knowledge.
• Proven experience as a business analyst in process improvement, technology projects and software product development and delivery.
• Attention to detail with impeccable level of accuracy.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Present critical arguments and concepts supported by factual evidence.
• Tertiary qualification in IT, Finance, Commerce or Business (or equivalent).
