Introduction

We are seeking a talented and passionate professional to join our Capital Team. You’ll play a pivotal role in assisting the Institutional Capital Team to prepare and execute business development and relationship management strategies for investors worldwide. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining pitch decks and marketing documents, facilitating the onboarding of new and prospective investors and coordinating due diligence for new investors.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a ‘library’ of product and business marketing materials with up-to-date market research and content, including pitch decks and collateral.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including legal, product design and graphic designers to maintain client-ready collateral.
  • Stay informed about competitor products and strategies, providing insights and recommendations to enhance our market positioning.
  • Assist in reviewing and responding to questionnaires and requests for proposals (RFIs/RFPs) from prospective or existing investors.
  • Provide support to prospective clients including coordinating due diligence visits from institutional investors and team roadshows.
  • Assist the Group Head of Capital in preparing management reports, board presentations and strategy documents.
  • Work closely with the Capital and Marketing teams to plan, design and execute investor events and communications.
  • Contribute to ESG initiatives, including revising policies, conducting annual reporting, and ensuring compliance with external entities.

About You:

  • Experience developing presentations, reports and professional documents for external use.
  • Experience in a similar role in Funds Management or Finance Services and or ability to demonstrate transferable skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of global capital markets (desirable)
  • Capable of building strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A Degree in Finance, Commerce or Business (finance-related discipline).
