Analyst – Investment Operations

Reporting to the Senior Associate – Investment Operations, you are responsible for the operational and administrative functions relating to the debt facilities and investments managed by MaxCap Group.

• Liaise with third party service providers to process and review loan transaction activity
• Prepare loan drawdowns while liaising with internal and external teams for funding and disbursement needs
• Review loan transactions and monitor and manage loan repayment process
• Perform reconciliations between loans and investments records as well as reconciliation with third party reports
• Review month end statements from third parties
• Daily monitoring and reconciliations of bank accounts
• Monitor and process institutional investors’ funding calls, payments and other cash movements
• Assist in the preparation of data for audits and responding to queries in a timely manner

• Degree in Accounting, Commerce or Business (finance related discipline), or work experience equivalent Attention to details with impeccable level of accuracy.
• Up to 2 years’ experience in Funds Management, Financial Services or Commercial Property Lending (Banks, Financial Institutions, Private Investment Firms / Groups or related professional) experience obtained within a similar role.
• Commitment to high standards of client service with a balanced focus on commercial priorities.
