Kylie Robb

Kylie is the Chief Financial Officer for MaxCap Group leading the finance, operations, and technology teams. She is responsible for financial performance and developing and executing strategy to drive sustainable business growth.

She brings over 20 years’ experience in Financial Services, most recently at National Australia Bank's (NAB) as EGM, CFO Business and Private Bank. Prior to NAB, she ran Funding and Liquidity in Group Treasury for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Kylie started her career with 15 years at Goldman Sachs across both banking and sales and trading roles in New York and Sydney.

Kylie holds a Bachelor of Metallurgical Engineering from the University of New South Wales. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and Chief Executive Women (CEW).
