Josh Pereira

Josh Pereira is Director - Investment at MaxCap Group, bringing over 15 years of experience in property finance, commercial real estate, and corporate banking. Based in Melbourne and part of the Investment team, he specialises in deal origination, deal execution, and management of key referral partner relationships.

Before joining MaxCap Group, Josh worked at National Australia Bank across various divisions including Commercial Real Estate, Corporate Health, and Corporate Banking, where he built strong expertise in relationship management and complex debt structuring.

Josh holds a Bachelor in Commerce from Deakin University, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance (Corporate Advisory), and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
