Sydney’s new crown jewel

MaxCap is pleased to announce the successful financial close of its first transaction with Crown Group.

The marque residential development, known as ‘Arc by Crown Group’, is located in Sydney’s CBD and comprises a 25 storey tower including a mix of 173 one, two and three bedroom apartments, 36 serviced apartments, two levels of specialty retail and associated parking.

The Arc by Crown Group development is being delivered by Hutchinson Builders, one of Australia’s largest privately-owned and highly respected building and construction companies, having operated in the Australian market for over one hundred years.

Crown Group has completed residential developments locations across Sydney including Bondi, Parramatta, Ashfield, Epping, Homebush, Newington, Pennant Hills and Rhodes. In addition to the Arc by Crown Group development, Crown Group currently has four projects underway in Sydney: V by Crown Group; a 29-storey residential tower in Parramatta, Skye by Crown Group; a 20-storey development in North Sydney, Oasis by Crown Group; a 10-storey tower located in Ashfield and Infinity by Crown Group; designed by Koichi Takada Architects and a part of the urban renewal in the Green Square town centre in Sydney.
