Sydney team grows

MaxCap Group’s Sydney based team continues to expand. Over the last quarter we’ve welcomed three new members to the NSW Investment team; a senior executive and two analysts.

Max Walker, Senior Executive – Investment

Max is responsible for business development and relationship management and brings considerable commercial real estate finance experience from past senior roles within CBA’s specialist property team, Mirvac Group, Quadrant Real Estate Advisors,  CBRE,  and Royal Bank of Scotland. Max holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Real Estate Management and is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

MaxCap’s investment analysts are responsible for delivering an end-to-end credit process; facilitating ongoing financial and credit analysis and preparation of detailed credit memoranda.

Jim Robertshaw, Analyst – Investment 

Jim recently joined MaxCap from Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) where he spent three years as a senior analyst with the mid-market property team. Prior to this, he worked in CBA’s diversified cash flow lending team and has experience in managing and structuring investment portfolios through his time at HLB Mann Judd. Jim holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance).

Greg Anderson, Analyst – Investment

Greg most recently spent four years with Westpac Institutional Bank in their Institutional Property, Legal Compliance and Global Customer Experience teams, and prior to that was a lawyer with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). Greg holds a Bachelor of Business (Economics) with Distinction and Bachelor of Laws (Hons.)
