MaxCap Group successfully settled in late April an institutional second mortgage finance facility for client Sterling Global, an experienced property developer with projects in Australia, China, Hong Kong, Singapore and the USA.

Located in the heart of the thriving Toorak Road precinct in Melbourne’s South Yarra, The Ralston has a GRV of $61.6 million and features a mix of 50 apartments one-, two- and three-bedroom and three townhouses set across six storeys, ground floor retail and basement car parking.
