Melbourne’s Developments enter Golden Age

MaxCap’s client Golden Age Development Group is a Melbourne based property Development Company whose commitment to designing and delivering signature, high-end developments is changing the Melbourne city skyline. MaxCap has partnered with Golden Age’s principal Jeff Xu on a number of projects, with The Emerald development in South Melbourne – a stone’s throw from the Shrine of Remembrance and Albert Park Lake – being the most recent successfully completed facility in December 2014.

MaxCap is also mandated on two other of Golden Age’s Melbourne CBD residential developments; VIC ONE (629 apartments) and Collins’ House (290 apartments) with the drawdown due to take place in March and April, respectively.
