MaxCap welcomes Mark Heaven as Chief Operating Officer

Mark Heaven is responsible for the corporate and investment operational platform, corporate governance and the corporate financial management function. Mark has 25 years’ experience in finance, strategy, operations and governance, compliance and risk management, including 6 years at KPMG.

Over the last 18 years, Mark has held executive roles working in retail and wholesale funds management businesses including Aviva, Colonial, Herschel Asset Management, Perennial Investment Partners and EMR Capital.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) and a Diploma in Financial Services, and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in both Australia, England and Wales.
