The NSW team, which is led by Investment Director Drew Bowie, has seen further institutional grade transactional opportunities added to MaxCap’s investment portfolio; the NSW pipeline has already reached A$1bn across 10 mandated deals.

The business continues to expand its national loan book, with plans for further offices opening mid-way through the year.
