Bondi Junction’s Capitol Reaches Financial Close

MaxCap Group successfully settled in late January a second mortgage finance facility of AUD$13.75m for developer Legacy Property’s latest Sydney project. ‘Capitol’, located in the heart of the iconic Bondi Junction, features 100 apartments set across 20 levels and ground level retail.

Designed by architects Dickson Rothschild, Capitol is characterised by strongly defined curves, vast expanses of glass and a sandstone facade at its base with a timber-slatted awning shading the pedestrian area. Capitol accommodates a selection of well-appointed one bedroom, one bedroom + study, two bedroom, two bedroom + study and three bedroom apartments, crowned by two exceptional penthouses with vast private alfresco entertaining spaces.
