MaxCap Group is pleased to have provided land funding for Keggins ‘Sapphire’ project in Canberra’s prestigious Kingston Foreshore.
Located in one of the last remaining north facing waterfront blocks in Kingston, the site sits within the tightly held Kingston Foreshore Precinct – a vibrant, high density, sustainable community underpinned by food and retail, art, parks and recreation.
Designed by architects, Elenberg Fraser, the Project consists of 79 residential apartments within the six-storey development. The Sponsor comprises of two experienced Canberra based developers, who have completed two residential developments located at Gungahlin and Lawson. The Project has secured 60% off the plan pre-sales since its soft launch in November 2017, and project GRV is in excess of $126m.
