MaxCap provides Construction Funding to Property Solutions for Springfield Lakes development

MaxCap Group, Australia’s leading commercial real estate debt specialist, is pleased to announce the closing of a first mortgage construction facility to enable Property Solutions to commence works at their Springfield Lakes shopping centre development in Queensland.

Property Solutions is a highly regarded developer that has built a strong reputation across many years of success within the SEQ property markets.

The Project will deliver a neighbourhood shopping centre, and a stand-alone fuel and tyre servicing centre and childcare centre. Initial works are expected to commence within the next few months. The property is located within the established suburb of Springfield Lakes, part of Greater Springfield, approximately 35km south-west of Brisbane CBD.
