CRE Debt Fund (MCDF3)

The MaxCap CRE Debt Fund 3 will seek to provide Eligible Investors with an attractive opportunity to gain exposure to a managed portfolio of diversified CRE loans in Australia and New Zealand. The Fund is aiming to deliver strong risk adjusted returns in an extremely low rate environment. The Fund includes three underlying investment options (or Sub-Funds), comprising a Defensive Fund, a Balanced Fund and a Growth Fund, with target returns ranging from 7.0% – 10.0% net IRR depending on the investment allocation option selected. The Fund is targeting a portfolio of predominantly First Mortgage transitional loans (pre and post construction) to execute on the Fund’s objectives.

Initial closing date: November 2020

Status: Open for investment – No later than 18 months after the Initial Closing Date
