MaxCap CIO speaks at UDIA Industry Lunch

MaxCap Partner & CIO Brae Sokolski, along with Bank of Melbourne’s Chief Economist Han Kunnen, Luke Hartman, CEO & MD of Metro Property Group, Wingate’s MD of property Mark Harrison, and Tom Roe Director of Gersh Investment Partners participated in an expert panel discussion at an industry lunch on Friday 29th April which covered development funding and the current market environment. The panel was facilitated by ABC News Breakfast’s Finance Presenter Del Irani.

The Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) is the peak industry body for the urban development sector. In Victoria, they represent over 320 member companies including developers, consultants, suppliers, government authorities and utility and service providers. Together with their members they drive industry discussion and debate and work with all levels of government to achieve positive outcomes in the areas of planning, infrastructure, housing affordability and the environment.
