Developers & Dealers event – Sydney

We were delighted to host clients at our annual flagship Developers & Dealers event which took place at the Ivy in Sydney last week. Our guests were treated to a fireside chat with MaxCap Executive Director, Brae Sokolski and legendary horse trainer Gai Waterhouse.

Their captivating chat was followed later in the evening by a robust property panel discussion with Justin Brown, Nerida Conisbee, Fouad Deiri OAM and our State Director NSW David Oudshoorn. Moderated by Rob Langton from Ready Media Group, our panelists delved into a range of crucial topics including economic conditions, construction risk issues, residential undersupply, housing affordability, capital appetite and shared their insights on the outlook across all sectors.
