Introduction

Reporting to the Manager, Fund Accounting, you’ll be responsible for the fund accounting, operational and administrative functions across our debt funds, direct investment funds, institutional mandates, and private investments.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage institutional investor funding calls, payments, and portfolio reconciliations
  • Process investment and loan transactions, including drawdowns, repayments, and interest collection
  • Review NAV calculations, unit pricing, accruals, and fund-level reconciliations
  • Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and distribution statements
  • Deliver high-quality reporting to clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory obligations, and internal controls (including GS007)
  • Drive process improvements and contribute to a culture of operational excellence

Selection Criteria

  • A relevant degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, Business or related discipline.
  • CA/CPA qualification, or near completion.
  • Experience in investment accounting, ideally across funds management, custody, or Big 4
  • Exposure to Private Equity, Private Credit, or Direct Investments
  • Strong technical skills in reconciliations, distributions and financial reporting
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (Python, SQL, or VBA is advantageous)
  • Familiarity with ARMnet or S&P WSO (desirable)
