MaxCap provided a First Mortgage Construction Facility for a mixed-use infill development known as “Shenton Quarter”, located within the affluent western suburbs of Perth, Western Australia. The Project is a 9-storey mixed use development, comprising a five-storey podium and two blocks of four-storey towers. This includes 157 residential apartments over each of the 9-storeys and 15 ground floor retail tenancies including integrated Coles supermarket.
