MaxCap provided a First Mortgage Construction Facility to Franze Developments for their latest project "Geelong Quarter". The Project comprises two buildings of 14-levels and 15-levels respectively, separated by a pedestrian lane way and constructed over a three-level basement car park. Overall, the Project includes 124 residential apartments, ground level retail tenancies, one commercial office, and a 180-room hotel with associated facilities such as internal swimming pool, gym and restaurant. The development has an end value of $153m and is located in the regional Victorian city of Geelong.
