MaxCap has invested in a 10.39-hectare site in Truganina for the subdivision of the site into 146 residential lots and two super-lots for a drainage reserve and land reserved for future apartment development. On completion the residential lot areas will range between 95m2 – 450m2 and are expected to accommodate future individual dwellings including townhouses, duplexes, attached, semi-detached and free-standing residential dwellings. The site adjoins the future Truganina Railway Station to the east and other future amenities include a business park to the east, town centre to the south and shopping centre (including Coles) to the south-west.
