Phoebe O’Sullivan is Head of Communications at MaxCap, bringing more than 15 years’ experience in corporate communications, predominantly within financial services. Based in Sydney and part of the Capital team, she focuses on reputation management, media relations, communications strategy and corporate positioning.
Before joining MaxCap, Phoebe spent a decade at ANZ, most recently as Head of Communications, International for the Institutional Bank. Based in Hong Kong, the role oversaw internal and external communications across 30 markets. She previously held senior corporate affairs roles in Melbourne, Sydney, Vietnam, Papua New Guinea and Hong Kong, developing a deep expertise in media relations, issues and reputation management, executive profiling and M&A communications.
Phoebe began her career as a radio journalist in the 3AW newsroom and holds a Bachelor of Communications (Journalism) from RMIT University.
