Nick Bullick is the Chief Investment Officer, New Zealand at MaxCap, bringing over 20 years of real estate experience. Based in Auckland and part of the MaxCap New Zealand business, he specialises in investment origination, execution, and strategic growth, playing a vital role in expanding the firm’s presence in the New Zealand market.
Before joining MaxCap, Nick was the Head of Income Credit Strategies at Qualitas. He has also held roles at Bankwest, Balmain Corporation, and the Royal Bank of Scotland in London. With a focus on delivering high growth, Nick has significantly contributed to enhancing MaxCap’s market position in New Zealand.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Marketing and Accounting from the University of Otago.
