Allan Titterton is Head of Strategic Asset Management at MaxCap, bringing 30 years of experience as a property advisor and corporate restructuring specialist. Based in Melbourne and part of the Risk and Credit team, he specialises in designing, developing and implementing strategies that achieve optimal risk-adjusted outcomes from property assets. Working closely with the Investment and Credit teams, Allan leads the management of delinquent and non-performing property loans and direct investments, and conducts regular reviews, stress testing, scenario analysis and loan valuations to proactively assess potential risks at a portfolio and individual asset level.
Before joining MaxCap, Allan worked with PPB Advisory and KPMG’s Corporate Restructuring teams, including during the Global Financial Crisis. He gained extensive corporate and institutional credit management experience, assuming leadership and management responsibility for strategy development and implementation on distressed loans secured by individual properties, property portfolios, property funds, incomplete projects and development rights. He later moved to SEMZ Property Advisory & Project Management, where he led the Property Advisory team and specialised in delivering value enhancement strategies and development services.
Allan holds a Property Degree from Deakin University.
