Michael Nitschke

Michael Nitschke is the State Director, QLD at MaxCap Group, bringing over 18 years of Australian real estate finance experience. Based in Brisbane and part of the Investment team, he is responsible for business development and growth in Queensland, as well as senior relationship management of borrowers and investor clients.

Before joining MaxCap Group, Michael was the National Manager of Property Finance at Bank of Queensland and served as Co-Head of Real Estate Debt at Deutsche Bank. With a strong background in real estate finance, Michael has significantly contributed to strengthening MaxCap's position in the Queensland market.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from RMIT University and a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University.
