Matthew Smith

Matt holds the key responsibilities of debt origination, relationship management and oversight of deal structuring, negotiation and execution within NSW. He has over 15 years of industry experience, including having spent many years across analyst, relationship, and director roles within Westpac Property Finance. Matt has developed relationships with key stakeholders across the real estate finance industry including developers, builders, and industry consultants. Matt holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of NSW and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM).
