Panel Discussion: MaxCap Developers & Dealers Event Melbourne 2022

It was a fantastic evening at our flagship Developers & Dealers event in Melbourne on Thursday 19th May 2022.

A key feature and highlight of the evening is always the industry heavyweights panel discussion and this years panel provided one of the most informative discussions to date, moderated by Adam Di Marco from The Urban Developer it consisted of Alan Oster (Chief Economist, NAB), Tim Price (Director & Founder, Time & Place), Alison Mirams (CEO, Roberts Co), Michael Argyrou (Director & Founder, Hickory) and MaxCap Investment Director – VIC, Johnny Woodhouse. They explored current issues facing the industry including inflation, construction risk, supply and demand and the impact of interest rates.
