MaxCap’s $600m Brisbane Deal

MaxCap Group is proud to have played a leading role in the upcoming marquee project “FV” in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley.

MaxCap brought together long-term client Tim Gurner of GURNER™ with equity partner Thakral Capital Australia Pty Ltd (TCAP), and will now deliver the full finance package for the project.

MaxCap and TCAP have formed a strategic alliance and FV will be the fourth collaboration following “Gateway” (40 apartments in Mackay), Union Balmain (200 apartments in Rozelle, Sydney) and most recently “Vida”  (130 apartments in West End, Brisbane).

FV has generated a wave of publicity and under Tim Gurner’s stewardship, is set to bring a new benchmark in quality to the Brisbane residential market.
