MaxCap Developers & Dealers Event Melbourne 2022

A fantastic evening last night as we welcomed clients back to our flagship Developers & Dealers event in Melbourne for the 8th year.

Guests heard from reigning AFL premiership coach Simon Goodwin who gave excellent insights into leadership, managing high performing teams and overcoming challenges at the highest level.

The property panel, which is always a highlight of the evening and provided one of the most informative discussions to date, moderated by Adam Di Marco from The Urban Developer consisted of industry heavyweights Alan Oster, Tim Price, Alison Mirams, Michael Argyrou and Johnny Woodhouse. They explored current issues facing the industry including inflation, construction risk, supply and demand and the impact of interest rates.
