Ella Apartments: Project Completed

MaxCap is pleased to announce that the Ella Apartments project, in Melbourne’s South Yarra was successfully completed.  SPEC Property’s residential development Ella Apartments – a residential tower consisting of 167 apartments over 20 storeys – reached practical completion in late February.

MaxCap Group delivered a privately syndicated funding solution to achieve the best outcome for the client in 2014.

The project was delivered on time and on budget, with all investors receiving their projected target returns.
