Introduction

Collaborating with Founders and Executive leaders, you will play a critical role in delivering highly visible growth and business efficiency projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support program planning, governance and reporting for strategic projects.
  • Establish and coordinate cross-functional working groups, ensuring clear scope, priorities, resourcing, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement projects that enhance the business and stakeholder experience.
  • Provide accurate and consistent financial reporting and analysis for projects.
  • Prepare formal documentation, including business cases, budget submissions, memos, and governance reports.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess effectiveness and identify improvements.
  • Maintain governance structures to ensure compliance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Utilise project management frameworks, methodologies, and tools to enhance project delivery.
  • Perform regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance and process improvement.

Selection Criteria

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar project management role within Financial Services.
  • Experience implementing front-office systems and in depth understanding of the investor landscape.
  • A degree in Commerce, Finance, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience using Aladdin and iLEVEL software is highly regarded.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, analysis and reporting.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A structured, process-driven approach with strong attention to detail.
