Internship – Debt Investment

Reporting to the Director, you will support the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities through analysis, research and transaction coordination. Working alongside experienced investment professionals, this internship offers meaningful exposure to live transactions, investment decision-making and stakeholder engagement. The role aims to provide strong learning and development opportunities, mentorship, and experience within commercial real estate investment.

• Assist with financial modelling and analysis to support transaction structuring and pricing

• Support the end-to-end transaction and credit approval process for new investment opportunities

• Help prepare offer letters, Information Memoranda and internal investment papers

• Assist in coordinating due diligence and transaction execution activities

• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external advisers under guidance from the investment team

• Support identification and documentation of key risks, mitigants and transaction strengths

• Contribute to market research, investment analysis and internal reporting

• Assist with process improvements and workflow optimisation within the investment team

About You:

• Currently completing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Property or a related discipline

• Strong interest in commercial real estate, private credit or investment management

• Analytical and financial modelling skills (or a strong desire to build them)

• High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proactive, curious and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
