Enterprise Risk Manager

We’re seeking a commercially focused risk professional to partner with our new and highly experienced Chief Risk Officer, in embedding and enhancing best in class operational risk practices and enterprise risk framework. This critical and highly visible role sits at the crossroads of strategy, governance and performance, driving safe and sustainable business growth.

• Develop, implement and maintain the operational risk framework, policies and procedures.
• Lead the enterprise risk management program, including risk identification, assessment, measurement, monitoring and reporting.
• Oversee risk operations to ensure efficient execution of risk management activities.
• Work with the risk leadership team to develop and deliver training programs to enhance the risk management skills of employees.
• Work with the Compliance and Credit teams to prepare comprehensive reports for senior management, highlighting key risk indicators and trends.
• Continuously enhance risk dashboards and provide regular reporting to senior management, risk and compliance committees and the board.

• A minimum of 7 years’ experience in operational or enterprise risk in financial services or investment management.
• Strong understanding of real estate private credit and investment risk.
• Demonstrated success leading risk programs and frameworks that are practical, scalable and business-aligned.
• Advanced knowledge of risk tools, methodologies and reporting approaches.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, risk management, business or equivalent in related discipline.
