Introduction
Reporting to the Client Services Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional investor experiences to a portfolio of institutional and private clients by responding to enquires with timely and accurate data.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for client queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on client needs and expectations.
- Communicate proactively on investment performance, issues or risks.
- Provide ongoing support in process and system enhancements, data management and systems testing.
- Coordinate and support client-related activity, including scheduling, preparing agendas and compiling minutes. Ensure follow-up on action items and communication with stakeholders.
- Complete the KYC process for new clients across all product types.
- Issue application and subscription forms to investors.
- Follow up on outstanding items and maintain static client data.
- Manage the investor funding call process and allocations.
- Ensure maintenance of static client data with Fund Administrator.
- Perform AML/CTF compliance obligations and KYC verification processes.
- Maintain accurate records of KYC and AML processes in relevant systems.
- Provide KYC Platform support to investors (Labgroup).
Selection Criteria
- Experience in client services, investor relations, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of AML/CTF regulations and KYC processes.
- Proficiency in relevant software platforms and systems, including CRM and data management tools.
- Degree in Finance, Commerce or Business or related discipline and previous work experience
- Communicate effectively and professionally (written and verbal)
- Build strong relationships based on trust and respect
- Commitment to high standards of client service with a balanced focus on the commercial priorities
