Introduction
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Client Services Manager to lead the creation of a best-in-class function which will service global institutional investors and domestic and offshore private investors. This is an ideal position for a passionate and ambitious professional looking to make a significant impact in shaping and implementing a newly established department.
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and continually evolve a best-in-class client service framework.
- Develop systems and capability to service investor requirements.
- Recruitment, develop and lead a team responsible for delivering best in class services.
- Establish, monitor and report on function SLA’s.
- Manage complex investor requests and escalated matters.
- Lead by example, setting clear expectations and ensure high levels of accountability for behaving in line with our values.
Selection Criteria
About You:
- Passion for delivering exceptional client service.
- Extensive experience in a similar leadership role within Financial Services, Investment or Funds Management.
- Experience establishing a function or leading in a growth environment.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to clearly articulate and persuasively present key information.
- Strong stakeholder management skills both internal and external.
- Asset class experience across commercial real estate finance is highly desirable.
- Experience managing external administrators, custodians or service providers is desirable.
