Associate Director, Construction Risk
Reporting to the Construction Risk Director, you will play a key role in assessing, managing and monitoring construction risk across a portfolio of development projects. Working closely with Investment, Credit and Legal teams, you will provide construction risk expertise throughout the transaction lifecycle, from due diligence and credit assessment through to project completion.

Reporting to the Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering timely and effective investment modelling to support complex transactions, new product development, portfolio monitoring and reporting. Additionally, you will deliver high quality portfolio analysis and reporting via management and maintenance of product portfolio models.

Expressions of Interest – Investment Analyst
The Investment Analyst is responsible for delivering the end-to-end transaction process by completing ongoing, real-time business / financial / credit analysis and preparation of detailed papers to facilitate informed decisions. The role will coordinate credit process by managing internal stakeholders in our Melbourne office.
