The Project known as ‘Mondrian Residences and Hotel’ is a luxury residential and hotel development across two towers comprising 84 apartments in Tower 1 and a 208-guest room Mondrian-branded hotel in Tower 2. The two towers will be linked by a three-level podium that provides the building’s communal areas and facilities including a state-of-the-art fitness centre, spa, restaurants, and swimming pools. Car parking is provided within the three-level basement.
