MaxCap has invested in the further development of Glenlee Estate comprising of residential land subdivision project consisting a 687 lot subdivision and with 12 of 14 stages completed. Located in Charlemont, Victoria, there is a recognised growth corridor approximately 8 kilometres south of the Geelong CBD, and 82 kilometres south-west of the Melbourne CBD. MaxCap has further funded the first-mortgage land facility for the final two stages in the Glenlee Estate.
